I just wanted to share a bit about Psych-K, the breakthrough healing modality that I use in my practice. Bruce Lipton, author of Biology of Belief, says it best,

The name, Psych-K, comes from the words psychology and kinesiology. Basically, your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. Psych-K uses very simple body-brain technology, like using certain postures to connect the right and left hemispheres of your brain, to reprogram these limiting beliefs. Psych-K takes a life-affirming belief that you are subconsciously blocked to, and installs it in your "hardware". This is the missing key to practices such as affirmations, the law of attraction, or positive thinking. You have to access the subconscious mind to reprogram your limiting beliefs.
What my clients love about Psych-K is that it is quick, painless, and they are in control of their healing, I simply facilitate the process. Psych-K is powerful as a one-time session to reprogram core beliefs in a specific area of your life. Also, Psych-K is very valuable in coaching over a longer period of time to support you in reaching your goals. You will feel the shift on a cellular level, it's simply an amazing tool!
