**Dear Stahsha, I really enjoyed your session! One of the issues that we worked on was about my business partner, I would get very frustrated every time he would disagree with me. Since your session with me, when I am faced with this situation with him, I seem to feel that old tightness in my chest for less than a second, and as soon as I do, I release and let go, I even find myself smiling, and a great calmness envelopes me, and I am able to express to him better...
Last but not least, I also told you that I was ready for my REAL Soul mate. This past week, someone asked me on a date, I have not been on a date since last September!!!

**Dearest Stahsha, As you know, I came for the Psych-K session today to get some support and clarity about certain challenges I’m facing in my marriage. I came home afterwards and had a long talk with my wife about it all. I felt a renewed sense of responsibility and duty to our relationship. She was very excited and relieved that I had gone to see you and begun to open up my energies and my heart again. She and I agreed to make a full fledged effort to move forward and repair our relationship. **I had a Psych-K session with Stahsha and was really blown away by what happened for me. I went in with fairly low expectations but it was something I was curious to try. I’ve been struggling with certain serious negative belief patterns my whole life, and in one Psych-K session with Stahsha, profound shifts occurred for me!
We addressed my core self-worth issues with a surprisingly simple process that involved me crossing my arms and legs in a specific way and repeating certain phrases. No bells and whistles. Within one day, without even being cognizant of the change, I had written a letter setting boundaries with someone significant in my life in a very calm way that I had never been able to set before. The self-hate negative self-talk disappeared. I no longer looked in the mirror and thought I was ugly. I suddenly had a deep sense of self-respect and dignity and was treating myself differently as I stepped out into the world. I was able to experience anger from a place of self respect instead of victimhood. What felt like a subtle change has had a deep impact on my life and I know it has significantly altered the course of my future. The wonderful thing about working with Stahsha is that she made me feel very comfortable and safe. It was easy and non-invasive. I highly recommend both Stahsha and the Psych-K method to change those seemingly hopeless negative beliefs that lay entrenched in the subconscious mind, constantly sabotaging our lives and stopping us from reaching our true potential and experiencing joy.

**I’ve been seeing Stahsha for coaching and Psych-K regarding some deeply rooted money issues I’ve been facing since my childhood. My parents went through bankruptcy when I was 10 years old, as did my father’s family. The fear that has unconsciously ruled my life ever since has kept me in a very limited existence most of my adult life. But now after working with Stahsha, I am thrilled to say my experience of money and prosperity has completely changed!
During one of the sessions, a forgotten memory surfaced to be released which had kept me in a fear, shame and self-blame pattern that was running my financial life. I used to have a lot of discomfort asking to be paid what I deserved or asking for money at all, which kept me broke much of the time. Since working with Stahsha, a steady stream of new clients has been coming into my business and I have no more shame or discomfort asking to be paid and raising my rates. My perspective about money has changed and it now feels like a fun, joyful game instead of a fear driven, futile quest that leads me nowhere. I’m experiencing peace and trust about the flow of abundance toward me like I never have and I keep being surprised that I can let go and the money keeps showing up.
